Short term plans are for those who are between jobs, college students about to graduate and no longer on their parents’ plans or awaiting Medicare. This is a low cost alternative for health care and reduces the financial risk of no insurance.

HumanaOne Short Term Medical plans include:

Coverage for doctor office visits (for illness and injury), inpatient and outpatient procedures, emergency services, and prescription drugs.

With HumanaOne Short Term Plan, you have access to a large network of doctors no matter where you are and there are more savings if you stay in network. You may pay additional or out of network but are still covered for services.

HumanaOne Short Term Medical health insurance has flexibility and you can choose the length of coverage period from 30 days up to 6 months. There are varying deductibles available. You may receive a 20% discount for paying the full term up front. This offering has a $2 million benefit maximum and does include a prescription drug plan. This Short Term plan does not cover preexisting conditions.
